Wax extracted from native beehives are used for finishing, which makes it water-resistant with antibacterial rate up to 99.9%. The overall design follows the traditional techniques that dates back to Joseon Dynasty. The aesthetics of the tableware lies in the curves naturally formed during the wood is burnt and waxed.

The soft hue from the black background completes the classic presentation of foods while accentuating their own color. This is what makes it a sophisticated match not only for Korean cuisine but also those of the West and all the other cultures. The product is completely harmless, as it only uses natural material to color and finish the tableware.
